By accessing or using Coverify at coverify.ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Coverify converts images into Kindle-optimized screensaver files (EPUB format). The service includes image processing, format conversion, optional delivery to Kindle devices via email, and pay-as-you-go credit purchases for additional conversions.

3. Pricing and Credits

Coverify offers the following options:

Free Trial: One (1) complimentary conversion per account to try the service
Conversion Credits ($0.99 each): Buy between 1 and 10 credits per purchase and use them whenever you want

Prices are in USD and may be subject to change. Credits do not expire unless otherwise required by law.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Coverify. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your payment date by contacting us at the email below.

Refund Cooldown: To prevent abuse, accounts that receive a refund are subject to a 7-day waiting period before they can make another purchase. During this period, you will still have access to any unused free trial features.

Approved refunds may remove the corresponding credits from your account balance.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Coverify, you agree to:

Only upload images you own or have the right to use
Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Not attempt to abuse, overload, or compromise our systems
Provide accurate information when creating an account

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you upload. Coverify does not claim ownership of your content. We only process your images as necessary to provide the service, and files are automatically deleted after 7 days.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Coverify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coverify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third parties including Google (for authentication), Stripe (for payment processing), and Amazon (Kindle devices). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Coverify is not affiliated with Amazon or Kindle.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
